‘Jenny’ by Deborah M Allen.
My Mum was diagnosed with cancer in 2014 and not knowing what to do, I decided to walk across the country, solo, 200 miles across England and raised money for Macmillan on the way. There was one magnificent view I photographed on the way and inspired by a photograph Deborah asked if she could do a series of paintings based on this. She also asked if she could dedicate the collection to my Mum.
The potters of Stoke on Trent then worked on the artwork ensuring that the colour stayed as true as possible to Deborah’s art. It was fired onto Stoke on Trent made fine bone china and here it is in all it’s glory.
A special collection dedicated to the most incredible and indefinable woman – Jenny Johnson who died in July 2015.
5% of all sales goes to Macmillan.
